joined the service in 1991.
He
then pursued ELMT1 studies leading to his promotion to
Meteorological Assistant.
Mr. Burgin is also trained in Aeronautical Information Services (AIS).
His contributions to
SVGMETS team efforts are in the areas of Observing, A.I.S,
Management, and Climate Data Services.
Mr. Burgin Has represent the SVGMETS on national and regional
Meteorology and Climatology and related events.
David enjoys
