Julian entered the service in
1992, then pursued ELMT1 studies leading to his promotion to
Meteorological Assistant.
Mr. Farrell has represented SVGMETS at national and regional
events related to Meteorology/ Preparedness.
His major contributions to
team's efforts has been in observing and climate data
services.
Julian enjoys lively debates
and discussions in Politics, Economics and other Social
Sciences. He also enjoys stimulating conversations and
cultural events.
